The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working, and entrepreneurial individual to join our Account Management Team, specializing in Facilities Management solutions for service providers. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key clients across the UK, occasional travel with overnight stays may be required.
Responsibilities
- Represent MRI professionally and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account development.
- Recommend appropriate solutions and negotiate acceptable terms with clients.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual fiscal targets and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other MRI products.
- Maintain regular contact with customers using online meetings and telephone calls.
- Determine clients' ongoing requirements to meet their changing business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders within MRI, such as Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams.
- Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Track record of sales-related achievement in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Estates and Facilities Management Software market is an advantage, although not essential.
- Very organized with good time management skills.
- Confident and motivated with high energy.
- Hungry for success, always looking for ways to improve and learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively and identify sales opportunities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
