Event Manager and Experiential Marketing Specialist

ITP Media Group, a leading media conglomerate, is seeking an experienced Event Manager and Experiential Marketing Specialist to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, with experience working on large-scale conferences, gala dinners, and experiential marketing activations.

About the Role

This is a key position within our events team, responsible for planning and executing high-profile events that cater to both industry professionals and consumers.

  • Work closely with our editorial and commercial teams to develop and execute events that align with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of events that meet their expectations.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and managing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

The Events Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating event details, including invitations, RSVPs, and event schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate records of event-related correspondence, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
