We are seeking a committed Team Leader to oversee the efficient operation of our services at Dine Contract Catering on a part-time basis, with a contract of 31 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored accurately and promptly
  • Lead a team, fostering a positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed and supported
  • Act as a responsible key holder
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other necessary duties
  • Create weekly schedules in accordance with management guidelines
  • Order stock to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team proactivity
  • Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations

  • Previous experience supervising teams in a similar setting
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • A collaborative team player with a positive mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a constructive attitude
