Solutions Engineering Recruitment is a respected name in the industry, and we're looking for a skilled Executive Sales Representative to help us continue to deliver exceptional results.
This role offers a challenging opportunity for someone with a passion for water hygiene solutions to take their career to the next level. Based in the Home Counties, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their compliance and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a territory through effective relationship-building, opportunity identification, and solution delivery.
- Understand client needs and provide expert advice on water hygiene and Legionella regulations.
- Develop and implement water hygiene services, including risk assessments, monitoring, and remedial works.
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure service quality and compliance.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 OTE £75,000 - £85,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including car allowance, mileage, commission, phone, laptop, pension, and 28 days holiday.
