About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Optimization Specialist to join Praxis Group and drive value and cash flow across a portfolio of Business Space assets.

This pivotal role offers full ownership of your portfolio, requiring you to make key decisions and manage internal and external stakeholders with support from our in-house property management team.

Key responsibilities include improving Net Operating Income (NOI), reducing void costs, marketing vacant spaces, leading refurbishment projects, and ensuring adherence to ESG metrics.

  • Improve NOI through leasing, rent reviews, and new revenue streams.
  • Reduce void costs across your portfolio and reconfigure space to meet tenant demand.
  • Market vacant spaces, negotiate terms, and maximise income opportunities.
  • Lead refurbishment and reconfiguration projects in collaboration with external consultants.
  • Ensure adherence to ESG metrics and report on business plan progress.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years relevant experience, with a strong foundation in Property Management.
  • Ideally RICS Qualified.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Commercial awareness and industry knowledge, with the ability to manage expectations and progress reports.
Work Arrangements

On-site 4 days per week in London, with travel to sites across the UK.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus competitive bonus.
