Senior Health Care Assistant

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Senior Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Support residents with medication management and administration
* Maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
