Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client, a leading global manufacturing company, as part of their Quality Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Quality Manager and Quality Engineers in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the internal document control system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide data for Management Reviews to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead external Quality certification audits to ensure the company's quality management system meets international standards.
  • Conduct internal and customer Quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Generate and report Layered Process Audit (LPA) data to track and analyze process performance.
  • Provide monthly data to the Quality Manager to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Conduct performance analysis and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with the H&S Coordinator on health and safety data to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Quality/Systems role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK if required, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
