Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rector to lead our parish into the next stage of its ministry and mission.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating the congregation in growing their faith and engaging with the church's mission.

  • Lead and nurture spirituality and discipleship in people of all ages, with a focus on young people and local schools.
  • Oversee the parish's mission delivery, with a clear desire to draw new people into the worshipping congregations and grow the church numerically and spiritually.
  • Support the parish's commitment to the liberal catholic tradition, eucharistic worship, daily morning and evening prayer, choral music, excellent Biblical preaching, and strong pastoral care.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the parish's goals and objectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in team leadership and collaborative ministry.
  • A gift and passion for nurturing spirituality and discipleship.
  • The acumen and interest to oversee a large parish.
  • A commitment to the liberal catholic tradition.
