Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rector to lead our parish into the next stage of its ministry and mission.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and motivating the congregation in growing their faith and engaging with the church's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture the spiritual growth of the congregation
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community and grow the church numerically and spiritually
  • Oversee the delivery of the parish's mission and ensure effective team leadership and collaborative ministry
  • Support the parish's commitment to the liberal catholic tradition and eucharistic worship
  • Provide strong pastoral care and support to the congregation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, collaborative ministry, and spiritual direction. They will be passionate about nurturing spirituality and discipleship in people of all ages and have a gift for inspiring and motivating others.
