Cost Assurance and Verification Opportunities

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking a number of cost assurance and verification professionals to work on a wide range of significant assignments in various industry sectors in the UK and around the world.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to provide commercial and financial assurance and verification of costs on a range of projects in different sectors. The ideal candidate will have a methodical approach to work, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and financial assurance and verification of costs on a range of projects in different sectors
  • Analysis and assessment of contractor's accounting and commercial systems and processes
  • Prepare risk-based audit and verification plans
  • Detailed audit and analysis of a range of cost types
  • Prepare high-quality and robust outputs and working papers
  • Understanding and interpretation of different types of contractual frameworks
  • Engagement with contractors, clients, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Preparation of clear and concise reports
  • Development of forensic technology and analysis tools
  • Support the Head of Cost Assurance and other senior staff within Gleeds
