As an Estate Agency Sales Specialist with us, you will have a fantastic opportunity to join an industry-leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career. This exciting and rewarding role involves identifying and maximising business opportunities, advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings, and registering applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Maximise Business Opportunities: Identify potential sales leads and develop strategies to convert them into successful transactions.
  • Advertising Properties: Advertise properties across various channels to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Booking Property Viewings: Coordinate property viewings with interested buyers and ensure that all necessary information is shared.
  • Registering Applicants: Maintain accurate records of applicants and communicate with them throughout the sales process.
  • Achieving Personal and Branch Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Introducing New Business: Develop relationships with developers and local businesses to introduce new sales opportunities.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and vendors, maintaining regular communication and ensuring their needs are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At Least Six Months to One Year of Experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Excellent Sales Ability: The ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • High Level of Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and vendors.
  • Good Telephone Manner and Positive Attitude: Friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • The Ability to Negotiate: Skilled at negotiating prices and terms to meet client needs while achieving sales targets.
  • Tenacity and Self-Starter with Drive to Succeed: Proven ability to work independently and drive sales results.
  • Ability to Build and Nurture Trusted Relationships: Excellent relationship-building skills to establish long-term partnerships with clients and partners.
  • Responsiveness to Change: Adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions and business requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
