About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Highway Construction Specialist to join our team at the Calvert project in Buckinghamshire.

As a key member of our earthworks, drainage, and highways team, you will be responsible for managing the technical compliance of the project, ensuring it meets the design specification, and adhering to safety standards. Your role will involve supporting the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project and implementing and monitoring Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical compliance of the project to ensure alignment with the design specification.
  • Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project.
  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project-specific standards.

Requirements:
