- Educated to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (England) (Children and Young People's Management) or equivalent.
- Trained to level 5 safeguarding.
- IT literate and able to work with Microsoft programmes, and IT systems to collate and use data to support clinical practice and outcomes.
- Full operational understanding of the standards pertaining to regulation, including Ofsted, DFE, ESTYN, CIW, CIS.
- To understand the measures of service effectiveness including standards, related evidence, assessment, and outcome measurement; young person and family feedback.
