About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Legal Assistant to join our team at JMC Legal Recruitment. As a Virtual Legal Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with a broad range of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling a caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement under the supervision of a Partner.
  • Liaise with clients, medical professionals, counsel, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and case progression.
  • Assist the Partner with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Paralegal in a personal injury, litigation, or clinical negligence department.
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
