Biffa is a leading waste management company that's passionate about making a positive impact on the environment. As a Site Operative at our Burgess Hill household waste recycling centre, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of reducing waste and promoting sustainability.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring that waste is segregated and recycled as much as possible. You'll work closely with the general public, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that they have a positive experience at the site.
