Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in acute care settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being, supporting the delivery of care, and contributing to quality improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health and well-being, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance care delivery.
  • Support the delivery of care to meet patient needs, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Contribute to quality improvements, analyzing data and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
