Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in acute care settings. You will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being, supporting the delivery of care, and promoting best practice. Your expertise will be essential in contributing to quality improvements and data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Support the delivery of care to meet patient needs
  • Promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements
  • Collect, collate, and organize data
  • Interpret information and make justifiable assessments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with experience working in teams with minimal supervision. You will also require competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration and additional training.
