Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
You will have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard. You will be confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams and be crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals
- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation
Key skills and qualifications needed for this role include:
- As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home
- You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard
- You are confident in offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks
