At Protocol Education Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate teaching assistant to join our team. As a Graduate Teaching Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH difficulties in a primary school in Central Cambridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with SEMH difficulties in a primary school setting
  • Monitor and record student progress, report to the SEN team, and meet targets
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive education plan for each student

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and confidence. Previous experience in SEND is preferred, but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 7% statutory holiday pay.
