About the Role

The Research Integrity Specialist, Assurance is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of research publishing across Springer Nature's Journals programmes. This involves delivering audit activities to assess and assure procedural quality, under direction from the Head of Research Integrity, Assurance and other members of the Research Integrity, Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design of strategies, standards, and plans for successful audits, and implement activities to ensure adherence with Springer Nature's policies and procedures.
  • Engage with colleagues across Springer Nature to foster a culture of diversity and teamwork, and work collaboratively to deliver activities to targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with developments in research integrity, audit approaches, and techniques, and suggest new approaches for research integrity audit and assurance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English language communication and presentation skills, with a high level of digital literacy and comfort with hybrid and asynchronous working.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally to conduct audits and work with stakeholders.
