At Informa Connect of Informa PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our Publishing Ethics and Integrity team as a Research Integrity Specialist.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the research integrity function is efficient and effective, providing accurate and timely reporting of trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

  1. Duty 1: Develop and implement reliable reporting mechanisms using PowerBI and PowerAutomate to inform the wider business and anticipate areas of risk related to ethics and integrity concerns.
  2. Duty 2: Analyze and prepare reports on behaviors and activities of concern, using Dimensions and internal and external data to inform and update the wider business.
  3. Duty 3: Utilize data-driven analytical approaches to explore potential solutions to areas of concern.
  4. Duty 4: Develop and implement project management systems, standards, and processes to enhance and streamline the research integrity function using PowerAutomate.
  5. Duty 5: Safeguard confidential information with confidence and sensitivity, adhering to legal and ethical considerations.

Requirements:

What we're looking for:

  1. Experience in working with scholarly journals and submission systems.
  2. Highly proficient in working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and shared folders.
  3. Excellent project management skills.
  4. Strong relationship building and team working skills, able to work collaboratively across the business and at all levels.
  5. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week on-site at our London office location, with the remainder of the week working remotely.
