About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Lawyer to join our in-house legal function, supporting one of the country's largest infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and negotiate contractual documentation related to construction law, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, joint venture agreements (NEC and FIDIC)
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the procurement team on commercial projects
  • Assist with small-value litigation claims

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large infrastructure projects and be able to attend our central London office on a hybrid basis.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per annum

This role is suited for experienced Construction Solicitors with a strong background in construction/engineering, either in-house or in private practice.
