Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate People Partner to provide local expertise on People related matters and contribute to a positive employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will help drive a high performing culture that supports Balyasny's mission, vision, and values.

Duties/Responsibilities:


• Provide HR support and advice to the organization, responding to requests and recommending effective solutions.


• Collaborate with the Global People Partners to foster a positive employee experience by assisting with the implementation of programs and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.


• Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolutions and disciplinary actions.


• Support the separation process and own off-boarding activities.


• Maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to day-to-day management of employees by partnering with legal and compliance as required.


• Assist with HR metrics, analysis, and reporting to identify trends and provide information and insights to support decision making.


• Support the Global People Partners with key strategic projects and organizational development activities.


• Partner with the global People Team members to ensure a consistent approach throughout the employee life cycle.

Qualifications:


• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a dynamic fast-paced financial company.


• Solid understanding of HR best practices in a global, matrix environment and across HR generalist and CoE roles.


• Good understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements in the UK.


• Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.


• Strong desire to learn and high attention to detail.


• Advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


• Great sense of empathy, pragmatism, and a proactive mindset.
