Job Title: Organisational Effectiveness Partner

Join a leading financial services organisation as an Organisational Effectiveness Partner, working in partnership with Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.

About the Role

This newly created position is part of the Culture & DEI area, responsible for identifying business needs and opportunities, designing and implementing products related to culture and behaviour, leadership, performance, talent, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence and evolve the organisation's culture through work that impacts values, behaviours, and cultural enablers.
  • Use insight to design and embed products that meet business needs, develop and retain colleagues and leaders, and enhance the organisation's culture.
  • Work on various activities related to Organisational Effectiveness, including culture and behaviours, leadership, performance, talent, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Facilitate workshops, such as talent reviews, performance calibration, and team effectiveness sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal insight, FCA expectations, and external trends to inform recommendations.
  • Work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
  • Simplify and automate frameworks, processes, and tools to make them accessible to colleagues.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering blended Organisational Effectiveness frameworks and tools.
  • The ability to assimilate data and insight from various sources to make robust recommendations and tell a compelling story.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to challenge constructively.
  • A strategic and commercial mindset and focus on adding value for customers.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills and experience.
