About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Analyst to join our team at USS Investment Management Limited. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Configuration Management to procure hardware, software, and licensing, including renewals.
  • Support the service delivery teams in recording incidents and service requests on My Support (Hornbill).
  • Conduct reviews of calls to ensure alignment with service standards.
  • Implement ongoing service improvement measures as needed.
  • Support Configuration, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Maintain and update related change documentation.
  • Deliver accurate IT reports in the required format.
  • Assist in trend analysis on Service Delivery performance and reporting to IT Management.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT problems.
  • Develop excellent customer relationships and attend regular service review meetings.
