Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Care Services Coordinator to join our team at Bradwell Court Residential Care Home.

This role involves coordinating care services to meet the needs of older adults. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
