Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and hard-working Digital Marketing and Web Design Assistant to join our team. As a Digital Marketing and Web Design Assistant, you will play a key role in managing paid marketing campaigns for clients and designing websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Paid Marketing Campaigns: You will be responsible for logging in to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms, assessing data, and making optimisations to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Client Communication: You will send weekly campaign updates to clients and answer client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Website Design: You will build WordPress conversion-optimised landing pages to send paid traffic to, ensuring that our clients' websites are visually appealing and effective in converting visitors into customers.
  • SEO Management: You will manage HikeSEO software, making optimisations to client websites to improve their organic rankings and increase online visibility.
Requirements
  • Education: You must have 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, and GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Experience: You must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.
  • Skills: You must have a proactive and positive attitude, be highly organised, have a focus on providing excellent customer service, be determined and hard-working, and work well with others in a team.
