Job Description

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify top talent in the Sales, Operations, HR, and Marketing sectors.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Utilizing industry trends and knowledge to provide consultative advice to clients on their hiring needs.
  • Resourcing live vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Developing and executing a business development strategy to drive new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Drafting and advertising job vacancies.
  • Actively headhunting and engaging passive candidates in the market.
  • Providing exceptional client-facing communication and support.
