About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at H Squared Talent Ltd. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Performance Management: Support and guide managers on performance evaluation, goal setting, and feedback processes.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Employee Benefits: Assist in developing and communicating employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR System Administration: Administration and management of the HR system.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role with a track record of success in HR functions.
  • Certification: CIPD level 4 qualification
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and functions.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Communication: Personable, approachable, and enjoys communicating with people at all levels.
