We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Professional to join a leading manufacturer with an excellent reputation based in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a valued team who are recognised for their hard work and career progression opportunities.

As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that food safety, GMP and QA checks are being carried out as specified within work instructions, HACCP, and process control documents.

You will also carry out hourly checks and audits on the production lines, complete inspections of products, and collate information and report back to relevant departments.

The salary for this role is £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, which includes 20 days plus bank holidays, company events, pension, and free snacks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a FMCG business, be fully proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold Food Safety Level 2 in Manufacturing and HACCP Level 2 qualifications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of internal audit processes, technical KPI's and non-conformance techniques, and basic allergen awareness and legal labelling practice.
