Job Description

As a Senior Conference Producer at Media IQ Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conference products across various markets.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and develop strategy to grow repeat assets in our portfolio. This includes establishing and managing portfolio development with P&L accountabilities and people management.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end production and delivery of conference products from research to speaker acquisition to delivery throughout the calendar year
  • Adepting the company's Production IP through Brand Director Qualification training and developing new conference ideas
  • Identifying and developing strategy to grow repeat assets in the portfolio
  • Internal and external stakeholder management to drive commercial results and customer satisfaction
  • Establishing and managing portfolio development with P&L accountabilities
  • Potential people management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months B2B conference production experience with strong commercial results attributed to methodological and thorough market research and data analysis
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity and interest in creating your own business by spotting product opportunities through commercial data points
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a solution-driven attitude to make positive impacts
  • Highly motivated entrepreneur with tenacity, resilience, and commercial acumen

What We Offer

A competitive salary range £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
