Cost Estimation Specialist

A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum is offered for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme and healthcare benefits.
Job Description:This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering successful construction projects. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing cost estimation, procurement, and contract negotiation, ensuring project financial efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:- Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
