Fraud Manager - Implement and Monitor Fraud and AML Strategies

About the Role
The InterQuest Group is seeking a seasoned Fraud Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies within our Consumer Credit firm. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying emerging fraud trends, risks, and opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and Implement Effective Fraud Strategies
  • Manage the Implementation of Fraud Decisioning Systems
  • Design and Develop MI Packs
  • Analyse Emerging Risks and Provide Data-Driven Insights
  • Lead and Coach Analysts to Achieve Optimal Performance
  • Maintain Compliance with Relevant Regulations and Stay Informed on Legal Requirements
  • Report Suspicious Activities to the MLRO and Relevant Authorities

About You
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in implementing fraud strategies, preferably in a Consumer Credit environment. Your expertise should include strong data manipulation and analytical skills, proficiency in SAS/SQL, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. With your exceptional leadership qualities, you will drive results-oriented initiatives and contribute to the success of our organization.
