Service Manager - Thermal Equipment

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and installation of our thermal equipment, including Chillers and Heat Pump systems.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and project management skills. The successful candidate will have experience managing teams and budgets, as well as being able to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for installing and maintaining Chillers and Heat Pump systems
  • Develop and implement service plans to ensure optimal performance of equipment
  • Coordinate with customers to identify and prioritize repair and maintenance needs
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Chillers and Heat Pump systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks
Benefits and Salary

The salary for this role is £55K (basic) with opportunities for bonuses and overtime pay. Our benefits package includes a company van, company credit card, and health insurance.

Location and Salary

The ideal location for this role is in the South East of England, and the estimated annual salary is approximately £70,000 based on a 45-hour week.
