Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled High Density Thermal Management Specialist to join our Application Engineering Team in London, United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing thermal management solutions for high-density applications, with a focus on customized solutions for customers in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop technically and price-competitive high-density thermal management solutions, including CDUs and application-based TCL design when a standard product does not fit.
  • Customer Support: Provide pre-sales technical support to Sales teams, creating and reviewing application-based documentation (drawings, specifications, electrical layout, presentations) to enable AE colleagues and Sales to secure business.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, as well as external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: A solid professional background in chilled water systems, preferably within the Data Center industry or adjacent markets, with excellent knowledge of data center high-density trends, applications, and related thermal management complexities.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent mechanical CAD software skills, preferably PTC Creo; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English written and verbal required, with excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
