Senior Care Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Brandon Trust in St Cleer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have experience working in care settings and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of support workers, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- To empower individuals to make informed choices about their lives and well-being.
- Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to a team of support workers, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the locality manager to develop and implement effective support plans, ensuring that individuals receive person-centered care.
- Manage finances and resources, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and standards of care, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for individuals and staff.
