Join Our Team as a Paediatric Nurse Specialist
Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of community health services in East and West Sussex. We are currently seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to children and families in the community setting.
About the Role
- Manage a caseload of children and families, providing specialist community nursing services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain clinical policies and guidelines to ensure best practice in community nursing.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to junior staff and peers.
