About the Role

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled PAM Security Engineer to join our team. As a PAM Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Privileged Access Management tools to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Base Management: Manage the size and characteristics of the user base within the organization, ensuring that access is secure and efficient.
  • Privileged Credential Management: Oversee the management of privileged credentials, ensuring that access is secure and efficient.
  • Authentication Rules: Create, manage, and enhance authentication rules to secure privileged access.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective PAM-related access control.
  • Incident Management: Provide critical support during cyber incidents, leveraging PAM tools to help contain and mitigate attacks.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in PAM tools.
  • Ability to engage with business units and articulate the importance of PAM in business and operational contexts.
  • Experience in incident management where PAM tools were critical.
  • Collaborative mindset, particularly in working with SecOps and other security teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in working with different PAM tools.
