About the Role

Harrington Starr is seeking a highly skilled PAM Security Engineer to join our team. As a PAM Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Privileged Access Management tools to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Base Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage user access and privileges within the organization.
  • Privileged Credential Management: Oversee the secure management of privileged credentials and access control.
  • Authentication Rules: Design and implement authentication rules to secure privileged access and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective PAM-related access control and security measures.
  • Incident Management: Provide critical support during cyber incidents, leveraging PAM tools to help contain and mitigate attacks.
  • Team Structure: Work within the PAM team structure, aligning roles and responsibilities to meet organizational needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong Technical Background: Hands-on experience with PAM tools and a strong understanding of security principles.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to engage with business units and articulate the importance of PAM in business and operational contexts.
  • Incident Management Experience: Experience in incident management where PAM tools were critical.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Collaborative mindset, particularly in working with SecOps and other security teams.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in working with different PAM tools.
