About The Role

Caledonia Water Alliance is a partnership between AECOM and Morrison Water Services, working together to support the delivery of the Scottish Water Capital Investment programme. We are responsible for delivering the water infrastructure programme across Scotland.

We are seeking a Site Agent to join our team, responsible for driving the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure projects across Scotland. This role is crucial in ensuring that our major water contracts run smoothly and to budget.

This role requires an individual who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that all sites are compliant with company policy, undertaking site safety audits, managing subcontract packages, and liaising with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction programme, overseeing subcontractor work and maintaining a positive relationship with local communities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
  • Undertake site safety audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage subcontract packages and ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Civil engineering degree or similar qualification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Management experience within the construction industry.
  • Current driving license.
  • Appropriate level of IT skills.
  • SHEA Water (preferred).
