About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Engage Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a West Yorkshire school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other SEN
  • Support students with challenging behaviours and SEMH difficulties
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, and provide feedback to teachers on student progress
