Responsibilities:- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of learning and engagement, ensuring a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.
- A strong passion for drama education and a commitment to inspiring students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
