**Job Summary:**

CRT/VPI Plant Supervisor - Executive Role at CEAT

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Independently manage CRT/VPI plant operations to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Lead the planning and monitoring of daily production to align with integrated manufacturing plans.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of CRT/VPI processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery.
  • Lead fault analysis and prepare root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action (CA) reports.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documents and audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle and other relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure effective recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Ensure adherence to CEAT's policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • BE/BTech degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in CRT/VPI operations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
