At CEAT, we are seeking an experienced CRT/VPI Plant Supervisor to lead our CRT/VPI plant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production to meet deadlines and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage CRT/VPI plant operations to ensure efficient production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
  • Lead fault analysis and prepare RCA and CA reports to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Kaizens, OPL, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documents and audits.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of CRT/VPI process and operations.
  • Responsible for planning and monitoring daily production to meet deadlines.
  • Implement positive reinforcement for productivity improvement, bottleneck elimination, and process quality improvement.
  • Focus on Productivity, Quality, Safety, Cost, and Delivery (PQSCD).
  • Responsible for reduction in process cycle time and implementation of Kaizens, OPL, and improvement projects.
  • Responsible for fault analysis and preparation of RCA and CA.
  • Should have better understanding of ISO documents and audits.
  • Should be well acquainted with Oracle.
  • BE/BTech with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
