Job Description: As a Spa Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar position, preferably in a high-end spa or leisure club. You should be qualified to SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent, have strong customer service skills, and be a self-motivated leader.
