About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, providing exceptional client service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client outcomes.
  • Manage new builds, re-mortgages, registered and unregistered properties, and assist clients with Help to Buy and Shared Ownership schemes.
  • Draft and advise on leases and other property-related documents, providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Liaise with clients and external professionals to ensure smooth transactions and maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide support on Wills & Probate matters as required, demonstrating a commitment to delivering comprehensive services.
Requirements
  • Newly qualified solicitors, legal executives, and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) up to Partner level.
  • Technical proficiency in all aspects of conveyancing is essential, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet department billing targets.
  • A strong desire for professional development and growth within the firm, with a commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
