Job Opportunity at Tropicana Brands Group

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in our company's journey, working closely with our Sales team and Commercial Finance Lead to drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the account team in building annual net revenue plans and developing joint business plans with customers
  • Providing reporting and analysis on account revenue performance, including post-deal evaluation and customer performance
  • Identifying future performance concerns and opportunities, and supporting commercial activities to remediate any gaps to target
  • Optimizing trade spend for specified accounts
  • Supporting the delivery of net revenue plans through stewardship of commercial planning analysts
  • Working with the Shared Service Delivery Team to evaluate and approve prospective account promotional investments
  • Supporting the period close process and providing insight into performance

The ideal candidate will have:

  • CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification
  • A track record of commercial excellence
  • Strong analytical, motivational, and collaboration skills
  • The ability to think broadly and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of core business processes
  • Advanced skills in MS Office programs
  • Strong collaboration and matrix management skills
  • The ability to leverage understanding of key business drivers to deliver results
  • Experience with SAP and TPM is preferred

This role is based in Farringdon and requires regular office attendance.
