Pebbles Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Child Care Worker. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of our residents are met.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with our care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and progress of our residents.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including cooking, cleaning, and participating in fun activities.
  • Communicate regularly with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and training (Full-time equivalent salary: £33,727 to £35,193)
