Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team in Central London.

About the Role
  • Lead the unit in the absence of senior staff, providing guidance and support to junior nurses.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for critically ill children in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Act as a mentor to junior nurses, while building strong relationships with patients and their families.
Key Requirements
  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with paediatric life support qualifications.
  • Postgraduate PICU experience and completion of a 60-credit PICU course.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and clinical governance principles.
  • Desirable: experience with audits, shift leading, and mentoring.
Salary and Benefits
