About the Role

We are recruiting a highly experienced Head of Contractual Affairs to lead our contract management function at Cornerstone Recruitment MENA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing contract management strategies, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with regulations while mitigating risks.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute contract management strategies to ensure alignment with the client's goals and objectives.
  • Oversight of the entire lifecycle of contracts, including negotiation, drafting, execution, and performance monitoring.
  • Implementation of robust contract controls and compliance measures to manage risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Collaboration with project teams to assess contract requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
